Start My Challenge
The cornerstone of every good challenge revolves around specific training parameters. Get these right and your body TRANSFORMS into something you can’t imagine. Body composition starts to take shape, excess weight MELTS off, your body becomes lean and strong, and your clothes start fitting A LOT differently.
There’s an old saying that goes, “ 6 pack abs are built in the kitchen.” This is true. But what most people do is starve themselves in order to lose weight. This ALWAYS backfires (not to mention can do long term damage to your body). With Start My Challenge, members receive detailed meal plans formulated by registered nutritionists that are fun, easy and tasty. They are also low on FOD-MAP so virtually anyone can enjoy the meals. Even folks who usually have weak stomachs or digestive issues.
That word frightens a lot of people. It’s also the missing piece from most “fitness programs.” With Start My Challenge, members will have their very own accountability coach and group. A group of people, and a coach, to encourage, push, and help each member make it to the finish line. And do it in an environment that builds community, trust and friendships along the way.
Featured Challenges
6-Week Ultimate Transformation:
This is our flagship challenge. If a member is looking to lose serious weight and spark the journey of lifetime fitness, this is for them. It’s not uncommon for Ultimate Challengers to lose 20+ lbs and/or 6% bodyfat. Some of the transformations that take place with this challenge are truly jaw-dropping.
28-Day Detox:

This Challenge is geared toward the folks who have been away from the gym for longer than they’d like to admit. Maybe they’ve been on Summer break with the kids, cramming for exams, or just got back from a trip where they’ve been a little too good to themselves (vacations, Spring Break, weddings, Vegas, etc). The 28-Day detox is perfect to help you snap back into shape, regain energy and make your body happy.
Seasonal Challenges:

Summer Slim Down, Lean By Halloween, Back To School Bodies, etc. These challenges are perfect for members who need a little extra incentive. Us (humans) are strange like that. Give us a task with a start and finish date and we’ll crush it. Leave us to the same ole same ole and we begin to fade into mediocrity. The seasonal challenges make sure members always have something to look forward to so they can always look and feel their best.
